Ubitec has been involved in Enico’s operations in an integrator role from the outset. According to Kimmo Taulasto, Technology Manager at Enico, Ubitec has knowledge and expertise that Enico can utilise to a great extent.
“Ubitec is able to serve Enico in all our areas of operation, especially production, such as energy storage integrations and electrotechnical and mechanical integrations. Maintenance and project services are also playing a growing role.”
Enico is steadily scaling up its production volume. According to Taulasto, Ubitec has succeeded very well in being involved in this and specifically in helping it to grow.
“Ubitec has provided excellent services in high-level technical project and product deliveries,” Taulasto confirms.
Ubitec also receives praise for its collaboration from Anna Prusi, Chief Operational Officer at Enico.
“Ubitec has a really good solution-oriented attitude. Ubitec handles things very well, and they have a really good customer service attitude. We get good feedback from Ubitec’s installation technicians all the time, for example about how products could be made easier or better or what kind of product changes would be good to make.”
