Ubitec career path

What we all share in common is the desire to develop and improve. We maintain our expertise so that we can offer our customers the most professional service. Training enables us to maintain and increase not only the professionalism and expertise of our team members, but also their motivation and commitment. 

The Ubitec career path concept lets each member of our team create their own personal development plan. The plan maps out what kind of tasks the team member would like to be able to do at Ubitec in the future. In this way, it is possible to plan what kind of skills should be increased in order to have the best chance of getting into the desired job. Development plans are reviewed with supervisors at annual development discussions. 

Training for maintenance technicians developed with TAKK 

We cooperate with Tampere Adult Education Center (TAKK) to develop the Ubitec career path concept. We have worked together with TAKK for years, and in autumn 2023, apprenticeship-based training was introduced for maintenance technicians tailored specifically to Ubitec. A personal training path is created for each participant, taking into account the their previous education, work experience, current job description and Ubitec’s needs.
